Notre Dame Hounds captain Liam Hunks has been named the SuperU SJHL Defenceman of the Month in November, 2024.
Hunks, 20, posted 11 points, was a plus-7, and averaged just under 28-minutes of ice time over the busy 10-game month.
A native of Leduc, AB, he hit his 100th game as a Junior Hound in the last week of the month, and has amassed 135 games of Junior A experience at the time of this writing.
His six goals presently sit tied for second among SJHL defenders.
He and his partner Vinny Palmarin form one of the best pairings in the SJHL.
