Hounds sign forward Bloomer

The Notre Dame Hounds have signed forward Paul Bloomer.

Bloomer, a 2005-born native of Chicago, IL, made the Melfort Mustangs out of training camp, and played two games for the club before joining the Tri-City Storm of the United States Hockey League.

The 6-foot, 174-pound right winger spent most of last season with the Windy City Storm U18 in Illinois minor hockey. In 15 games he posted six goals and 14 points.
