Hounds sign veteran forward Hollands

The Notre Dame Hounds have signed 2003-born forward Alexander Hollands, formerly of the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights of NCDC.

Hollands, who turned 20 in July, stands at 6-foot-4 and 205 pounds, and has 85 games of junior hockey under his belt between the NCDC, the North American Hockey League, and the Alberta Junior Hockey League.

The Ottawa-born, Dallas, TX-resident and dual citizen between Canada and the USA split his year a campaign ago between the Olds Grizzlys in the AJHL, the Lone Star Brahmas of the NAHL, and the Knights.

He has also played for the NAHL’s Amarillo Wranglers, and the Philadelphia Hockey Club of the NCDC.

Hollands finished his minor hockey career playing a full-season in 2020-2021 with the Dallas Stars 18U.

Welcome to the great family of Hounds, Alexander!
